How do I track my order?
 

We will email you once your order is shipped and give you an estimated date of arrival.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We use United Postal Service and ship first class mail unless either requested or the price is equal.  If requested Priority this option is available.  If you are local you may also place your order and we will contact you when it is ready to be picked up.  If order is unpaid, you have 2 working days to pick up and pay for your order.  If not, items will be returned to stock.

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

At Willow Boutique, we allow items purchased at regular price to be returned within 14 calendar days for a store credit.  Items returned must have the tag still attached and must be accompanied by a receipt.  If item needs to be returned by shipment, the items must be shipped by USPS using the least expensive method and should it be unworn with tags and receipt, shipping charge will be added to the credit.  All sales, lingerie and bathing suit items are non-returnable.  Prior to return, store must be notified within the returnable time-frame and a return merchandise item number will be issued and used during the return.  

 
Do you provide International delivery?
 

At this time we only ship within the United States.
